1. HK$ 2,000 SnapCharge credit (the “Product”) is provided by SnapCharge Technology Limited (the “Merchant”). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. 2. The Product and promotion are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
3. Confirmed orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. The Product cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, other vouchers, products or bonus points. 5. The Product cannot be returned or refunded.
6. MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.
8. Limitation of Liability: MOTOGO｜The Hong Kong Motor Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. MOTOGO｜Hong Kong Motor Club’s liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
SnapCharge Technology Limited Terms and Conditions
1. Customers can enjoy a discount offer to purchase SnapCharge charging credit coupon worth HK$ 2,100 for just HK$ 2,300 (“Charging credit”).
2. This Coupon only covers electric vehicle charging fees. Customers are required to pay monthly or hourly parking fees separately to the respective car park.
3. The Coupon must be added to your SnapCharge account via the redemption link after purchase in order to be valid. Upon successful registration through the provided link, the charging credits will be credited to your SnapCharge Electronic Wallet.
4. This Coupon is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, or used for cash advances.
5. The Company reserves the right to refuse the use of any Coupon that has been altered, tampered with, or reasonably deemed by
the Company to be fraudulent.
6. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel this Coupon at any time without prior notice.
7. This Coupon is for personal use only and shall not be used for commercial purposes or resale.
8. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this Coupon.
9. If the charging amount after discount is less than Hong Kong Dollars Ten (HK$10), it shall be calculated as Hong Kong Dollars Ten (HK$10), and the remaining balance shall be automatically topped up to your Electronic Wallet.
10. To withdraw the balance from your Electronic Wallet, you must apply in person at the evMega office during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays). Applications will be processed within fourteen (14) working days.
